ReplyDeleteHi Irene, there has been a lot of controversy over this issue but from what I understand it's all from an old law that has just been re-brought up let's say. The company itself contacted me for the giveaway so from what I know it is legal. I believe the issue is more of the fact that you can't say you can only win if you do this and that... because of course that's bribery. However, if anyone asks me to take it down due to legal evidence or jurisdiction i would do so immediately. But thanks for the heads up!
